This experience combines a guided winery visit with a tasting of different expressions of Vermentino, designed for those who want to explore the character of this grape across past, present, and future.
Six hectares of hillside vineyards are where it all began. From this origin comes a journey shaped by time, memory, and vision.
In the glass, two expressions from the same vineyard: “Fosso di Corsano”, Vermentino DOC Colli di Luni, presented across 4 vintages, offers a unique opportunity to discover how Vermentino evolves over time, gaining depth and complexity. Alongside it, “I Pini di Corsano”, Vermentino Superiore DOC Colli di Luni in the current vintage, represents a precise and vibrant expression of the present, already looking ahead.
A dialogue between different moments in time, where aging enhances rather than diminishes.

This unique wine and olive oil tasting tour takes place across two charming locations: our winery and the historic Frantoio Moro olive mill, connected by a short, self- drive transfer.
First Stop: TERENZUOLA.
– Guided tour of the Winery and Fosso di Corsano Vineyard.
– Tasting of 7 carefully selected wines from the Colli di Luni DOC and Candia dei Colli Apuani, paired with local focaccia and Apuan bread.
Second Stop: FRANTOIO MORO Olive Mill ( reacheble by a short , self- drive transfer)
